Well, believe it or not, the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards are shaping up to be the most star-studded ceremony in recent memory - and no, that has nothing to do with the fact we shared a green room with Snoop Dogg last year. Last year’s ceremony ended with host Russell Brand riding off into he sunset with three-time winner Britney Spears after he mingled with the cast of “Twilight,” ribbed on the Jonas Brothers and offended Jordin Sparks.
